Modern technology and production system designed to make a difference with FSSC 22000 quality management system enable manufacturing in the forms of roasted, blanched, chopped, sliced hazelnuts, hazelnut flour, hazelnut puree and sweetened hazelnut puree.
Raw hazelnut which is cracked in the nut cracking facilities and cleaned with Destoner, SEA Sound Cleaning Technology and Laser Cleaning machinery and with manual last control is then transferred to the processing plant. HACCP rules and EU criteria are applied in our hazelnut processing facility having the worldwide standards. Microbiological, foreign matter and chemical risks within the system are eliminated with the most modern sorting, roasting and strict control measures.
